How It Works
Please provide as much detail as possible so we can give you the most accurate quote as possible
1Contact us
Please send the date, location, time, and number of people attending.
2Response
We will send you an estimate based on the info you provided, and ask any additional questions we still have.
3Invoice
We will send you an invoice for the total cost of the event.
4Payment
We need to receive payment a minimum of 3 days before the start of the event to ensure we have enough product on hand.
5Party!
Day of the event we provide delicious coffee for you and your event's attendees.

These prices are a guide and we reserve the right to adjust pricing as circumstances change
25 Guests or Less
Two hours or less - $300

We know that every event is unique, and we are excited to meet your distance needs. Please reach out!
Cart Requirements
To make sure our cart will work at your event there are some basics that we need to have access to. (Exceptions may be made, please contact us with questions)
1Running water
This should be drinkable water for washing dishes and making some drinks.
2Electricity
We need access to a minimum of 2 different electrical circuits. They should be no further than 20ft apart.
3Sinks
We will need a space to discard dirty water and clean our equipment.
4Trash
We will need at least one trash can specifically designated for the cart. For large events it may need to be emptied during the event.
5Space
We need to able to access the space at least half before service and stay at least half hour after. We also need to be able to access the space via ramps and/or elevators. The cart can not go up stairs.
